Johnny runs into Theresa for the first time since they broke things off, Hunk and the guys discuss their “In Case of Emergency” contacts. Brian on the other hand has his first day on the rig.
After a light hits the church where a picnic was held, the guys start discussing how there is no justice, the rain falls equally on both the good and bad is their reasoning. After a long discussion about karma the guys decide to teach CPR to disadvantaged kids.
A patient asks the guys to help him get home to delete the search history, before he did it, they managed to see a picture that can’t leave their heads.
Johnny loses a man that reminds him a lot of his estranged father, subsequently he decides to reconnect. Brian on the other hand is touched by the man’s last words and decides to deliver them in person.
After a drunken booty call, Theresa suggest to Johnny to start a regular, intimate and no strings-attached relationship.
Johnny introduces Theresa to his father, he gets surprised with a revaluations from the “old man”. Brian on the other hand is having difficulties with his crush.
Brian learns a new job skill, Johnny helps out a friends while Hank gets an invitation to his ex’s wedding.
After everyone finds out that Hank is deadly afraid from spiders and that Brian comes face-to-face with a suicidal doppelganger, they all try to face their fears.
While teaching a class to EMT’s prospective students, the group recalls a recent situation. Johnny desperately tries to find out who ate the last doughnut.
After a dangerous situation at the job, Theresa decides to move to DC and work for the FBI. Johnny in a desperate attempt to convince her to stay decides to propose to her.
