Is there going to be a season 5 of the popular series Grimm? The fans are waiting for the new season, but when will it air?

Grimm was created by Stephen Carpenter, David Greenwalt, and Jim Kouf. This fantasy show is about a homicide detective who finds out that he is a descendant of people who hunted supernatural forces. The main cast includes David Giuntoli, Russell Hornsby, Bitsie Tulloch, Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz and more.

When is the premiere of Grimm season 5?

On February 05, 2015, it was confirmed by NBC that there will be a fifth season of Grimm.

Season 1 Recap

Nick Burkhardt is a homicide detective who has a superpower, he can see people transforming into monsters. Nick and Hank are introduced to a mysterious family, a lawyer is killed by a bee venom overdose.

Nick finds out that several women were raped, meanwhile a music teacher gets bitten to death by rats.

Hap Lasser’s home explodes, just two months after his brother died in a similar accident. A drug trafficker gets murdered, judge Logan Patterson is also murdered.

Leonard “Lenny” Drake is found dead, Nick and Hank are on the case. They also investigate a teen murder, a woman seduced men and then kills them.
Jeweler Sam Bertram gets killed by three European men, Nick is puzzled with several corpses.

Nick investigates a robbery, Nick and Juliette meet a couple who turn out not to be human, Nick investigates a failed attempt of murder.

Season 2 Recap

Nick joins forces with his mother, a huntress who followed Akira Kimura. Monroe and Rosalee try to save Juliette, Monroe explains to Nick about a lethal poison. Ryan Gilko is one of the first victims of a contagious disease. Juliette has lost her memory, Nick is delighted after being invited by her for a dinner in order for them to get to know each-other again.

A murder takes Nick and Hank to an unsettling custody battle, Nick is puzzled by new teen murderers.

A Mexican immigrant tries to save a woman in white from drowning, his son is later abducted by ghosts. Nick is again puzzled by yet another mysterious case.
Nick starts second-guessing a past case, Nick is shocked to find out about Juliette’s infidelity.

It is revealed that Renard is Juliette’s lover, Nick wants revenge.

Season 3 Recap

Zombies continue to overrun Portland, Nick’s destiny is uncertain. Hank, Monroe, Rosalee, and Juliette track down a manic Nick. Nick and Hank meet an old foe, Nick and Hank investigate a drowning case. Nick investigates a series of brutal murders, Nick and Hank look after a death of a priest, a deadly crime spree begins to surface.

Delinquent teens go missing, Nick and Hank investigate a healer. Nick and Hank are called for a gang-related homicide, they are also called for a gruesome murder of a veteran.
Nick and Hank investigate a police officer who scalps his victims, Monroe tries to convince his parents to embrace his life choices.

Nick, Hank and Juliette find out something that the Wesen Community already knew. A double homicide leads Nick and Hank to a traveling carnival. Nick’s mother helps Adalind escape to Europe with her baby.

Season 4 Recap

The team cannot find a cure to get Nick’s ability back, Gedächtnis Esser continues to steal memories. Nick’s loss to his powers turn out to be much greater than first anticipated. A rabbi tries to protect his nephew by raising a golem, he cannot control it.

A woman claims that a persistent talking wolf drove her to madness, Monroe and Rosalie deal with a growing problem.

Monroe has a Christmas surprise for Rosalee, an unsuspecting man brings a blood-sucking legend to Portland. Nick and Hank bring Wu to a place where he needs to find answers. Monroe is abducted, Nick gathers his team in order to track him down. Monroe and Rosalee finally go to their honeymoon. Nick and Hank investigate a series of murders.

They also investigate the deaths of two teenagers in an arson case.
