The Ewings are back, the family gathers for the wedding of Christopher, Bobby’s adopted son to Rebecca Sutter. It is a happy occasion but the oil business is set to tear the family apart once again.
Rebecca proposes to postpone the honeymoon until after the gas deals are closed, that comes as a big relief for Christopher. John Ross is set to make his father proud. Cliff Barnes, an Ewing family enemy tries to reconnect with his nephew, Christopher.
John Ross in an attempt to have the upper hand blackmails a family member, Christopher has a problem in choosing between two women, he opens up to Bobby about his problem.
First troubles appear in the newly marriage between Christopher and Rebecca, Ann seeks help while Christopher realizes it is time to play dirty.
John Ross cannot do his father’s dirty work anymore, he moves to Southfork. Rebecca reveals information worthy of saving the ranch to Bobby and Christopher.
Elena guesses that Rebecca is pregnant, Christopher demands a paternity test.
The false Martha is dead, its presumed to be a false suicide. John Ross is arrested as the only suspect, meanwhile JR visits Ross secretly, in order to do that, he interrupted his Vegas operation. Bobby has another tumor crisis, he has a successful operation.
A loved one faces a medical crisis, that brings the family together. Elena and Christopher find out that not everyone is as they seem.
John Ross and Christopher have different opinions about the vision of the company. Christopher hopes to get the upper hand in the divorce with Rebecca, a new revelation changes everything.
Rebecca works with John Ross in order to fulfill her father’s desire for revenge, Ryland’s mother proves to be as evil as her son. Pamela tries to gain control over Ewing Energies while Cliff Barnes meets with an unlikely visitor.

Christopher and John Ross have an car race that will award the winner with everything. J.R. Ewing reaches his end, the family decides to put aside their differences in order to mourn. J.R.’s will has a lasting effect on the family, in the meantime Ellen tries to get Gary out of Dallas. Afton Cooper, Pamela’s mother returns.
Emma is in an uncomfortable position, she is put in-between her father’s and her grandmother’s relationship, that only pushes her closer to Drew. New adversary is mixed, the investigation of the Enig’s family for conspiracy gets more interesting as the time goes by. The Ewing Energies is on the verge of collapse, they fight back. Elena is told a big secret by Drew, it forces her to choose between Christopher and her family. Pamela and John Ross discover the location of the enemy.
The second finale was more than awesome, The Ewings unite and finally reveal who was J.R.’s killer.
The Ewings are on top, Barnes is gone and the family is united, a wedding is on the horizon. The good relationship can only last for a while in this family, John Ross gets into a conflict with Bobby.
The relationship between Bobby and John Ross are getting worse, Ellen suspects that John Ross is unfaithful, that threatens their relationship.
There is a race for the capital of the impending Arctic Lease auction, Bobby tries to outsmart John Ross for it. It’s time for the wedding, Nicolas and Elena’s partnership gets stronger. Christopher makes a discovery about Nicolas part. Christopher returns from Mexico and sees Nicolas and Elena’s relationship getting better and better.
The honeymoon is finished for John Ross earlier than expected. Christopher makes yet another discovery, this time about Heather’s past. John Ross is desperate for funds in order to save a deal, he does anything necessary in order to do that, even risking hurting the ones that mean the most to him.
Bobby and Ann try to get Sue Ellen released, Emma finds out what her father and her grandfather did in order to control her. John Ross has been sleeping with Emma, Pamela finds out and that threatens to terminate their relationship and also Bobby and Ann’s relationship as well. The Ewing family tries to find out who set the ranch on fire and who survived, the relationships in the family are forever changed.
Another family death, John Ross tries to redeem himself with Pamela. In the same time Elena makes a drastic move to get justice for her family. Elena confronts the family about J.R, everyone is shocked about the truths that Elena revealed.
Ewings Global goes public, everyone tries to claim ownership, a devastating family kidnapping happens. Bobby puts everyone on the line in order to save lives. Bobby gets double crossed by the cartel, Christopher rushes to find Elena. John Ross risks his life to save them.
