Is there going to be a third season of The 100?

The show was created by Jason Rothenberg, the main cast is consisted of Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Paige Turco, Marie Avgeropoulos, and others.

The setting takes place 97 years after a nuclear war, a war that destroyed civilization.

A spaceship sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth, their mission is to re-populate the planet.

We have confirmation that the premiere of the third season is going to be this fall.

The 100 Recap & Summary

Season 1 Recap

Human kind is living in space after a nuclear war, 97 years later they decide to send 100 juvenile delinquents in order to see if the Earth is habitable. Bellamy, Clarke, Finn, Wells and Murphy head out to find Jasper after finding out that he is alive.

A dangerous, acidic fog approaches, meanwhile Bellamy, Clarke and Finn try to protect Charlotte. A plan to contact the Ark is put in motion, Bellamy, Finn and Jasper head into Grounder territory. Bellamy tortures the Grounder, Jaha surprises the council with a shocking revelation.

Hallucinogenic nuts provide Octavia with an opportunity, meanwhile Finn arranges a meeting with Clarke. Murphy returns to the camp carrying a horrific virus, Clarke and Finn are captured by Anya, they also came face to face with a new enemy. Jaha makes a noble sacrifice while the remaining members of the 100 face off against the Grounders.

Season 2 Recap

Clarke struggles to make sense of her bizarre surroundings, she also demands answers from President Wallace. Clarke and Anya join forces to escape Mount Weather, Clarke takes matters into her own hands after she is betrayed by Anya. Kane leads a mission to make peace with the Grounders, meanwhile tensions run high between Clarke and Finn.

Abby and Jaha each try to establish their authority, Camp Jaha argue over what to do with Finn. The alliance between Camp Jaha and the Grounders is jeopardized, meanwhile Clarke and Lexa encounter a new enemy. Bellamy receives help from an unlikely source while Clarke is faced with a difficult choice.

Clarke begins to question Lexa’s leadership decisions, subsequently Lexa and Clarke get into a heated discussion. Wick and Raven are faced with a setback, meanwhile Clarke gets help from a source she did not expect.
