Season 1 Recap
The Goldbergs face the challenges of life, Murray wishes he hadn’t asked Erica about her life, meanwhile Beverly prohibits Adam to watch a new horror movie. Beverly tries playing matchmaker for Pops, Adam looks to a romantic comedy, and Adam abandons Pops.
Barry gets his driving licence, Barry loses to Adam in a ball game, and Erica’s new job is jeopardized. Pops encourages Erica to sing, meanwhile Adam gives away his toy collection.
Beverly chaperons the school dance, Erica and Beverly square off over a lack of trust, and Murray struggles to get Adam. Barry woos Erica’s French pen pal, meanwhile Barry hosts a “no parents allowed” birthday party.
Barry becomes obsessed with a new arcade game, later he decides to throw a party.
Season 2 Recap
Barry gets caught with a fake ID, Beverly helps Adam star in a competing show, and Adam and Barry form a garage rock band. Adam accidentally gets Barry kicked out of a group, elsewhere Beverly gets Mr. Meller fired.
Beverly is ordered to clean out the garage, the Sadie Hawkins dance approaches, and Murray takes Erica’s car privileges away. Barry skips school, meanwhile Dana and Adam are given a doll.
Adam attends a Phillies game with his dad, Adam and Barry get in a prank war, and Erica tries to educate Beverly about voting.
Barry gives Erica a pink eye, Murray bonds with Lainey’s dad, and Beverly insists on throwing Erica a going away party.
